FEES
It is sometimes necessary to cancel
a scheduled appointment. Wherever possible, at least
48 hours notice is needed to allow the clinic to offer
the appointment to someone else.
Appointments cancelled in less
than 48 hours (2 working days) will be charged for.
A telephone consultation can be organised if a missed
appointment is unavoidable due to illness or transport,
to avoid a cancellation fee.
